It was a very strong quarter for CINC’s online lead generation. This report focuses on Google Buyer advertising which is the majority of CINC’s advertising spend.

CINC is the leader in online real estate lead generation with nearly 3,000 clients. The CINC client marketing team manages almost $30 million in search and social advertising spend.

Despite the coronavirus crisis and the subsequent shutdown, CINC’s portfolio of advertising clients had a 20% year over year improvement in lead price, with a cost per lead of $4.64. We have clients in 49 of the top 50 markets and all but one of them had a lower cost per lead in 2020 compared to 2019. (New Orleans was the outlier.) And of the 97 markets where we have clients, 88 were improved year over year.

The second quarter is looking to be equally robust and barring unforeseen issues should mirror the results from the first quarter.
