While we are social distancing, this is a great time to practice and perfect your on-camera skills. Think of these as tutorial videos where you can tell real estate concepts that future home buyers or sellers are looking for, while simultaneously building trust. Explainer videos can attract new leads and demonstrate why consumers should choose you!

Similar to explainer videos, these provide actionable steps that your audience can take when starting the home buying or selling process. You can instruct your audience how to stage their home, prepare for an open house, or how to get pre-approved for a home loan. Again, you are demonstrating your expertise in these videos by simply giving them tasks to do!
