Alix Elsey: My name is Alex Elsey. I work for Stonehaus Realty Corporation. My husband and I came out here in 99 and love the mild climate. My husband and I specifically chose to have our family here due to just the beauty of British Columbia and the great opportunities in sales. Six or seven years back decided I wanted to get into the real estate industry.
I dealt with quite a few friends selling their places, but it just wasn't enough business for me. Decided that I needed to up my game and had my son join my company and decided that I would need to actually have additional business come in. And that's when I felt hiring another company to specifically bring in on more leads and good and better leads would be the best.
I signed up with CINC in October. Got trained on the CRM and how it works. And so just went really out there and made those calls. And within the month managed to nab a listing in Langley worth 1.85. We sold the listing within two days of it being on the market. The quality of the leads are like a lot better than, previously.
So I'm catching 60 leads a month. The artificial intelligence speaks to the lead as soon as they come in and ask quite a few questions, right? So you'll see exactly what the user's looking at. As soon as that AI starts speaking to the lead, we can follow the conversation, or we can stop the conversation and add to the conversation.
So it gives you the option of doing that. So that CRM going back and sending out newsletters keeping interactive with these Individuals can come into future business three, four years down the line. CINC is going to be a long term system that we will keep in our business. It's working for us. When I look back on any of the leads that I've brought in and converted that indirectly has grown my business and referrals or repeat business.
So when I look back at what I've done in the last four or five years, it's 99 percent of my business. And I think a lot of people, when times aren't good and they don't have the money, will scale back on that when they should not be scaling back. They should be putting more money into it.
