Matt Jones: [00:00:00] We would connect us with the MLS and when we have our phone, everything up, we click it and just like that for Marietta. The AI built this out for you because this is what the pages are going to look like. It will always provide you the name of the area. So of course, so you know where it's at, where it's located.

And it builds out all this right here from the MLS and local content that they have. So number one, you no longer have to sit here and build out step by step to put these guys together anymore, because they are very time soon, both here at CINC and other website providers, the AI builds that all out for you.

Nich Pape: My name is Nick. I think the tagline says Nicholas, but my name is Nick. I've got some counterparts here, Matthew Jones and Emily Wilson, all from CINC. We all work in the client services department. Matthew and I are managers here in the client services department. Emily is our brand accelerator expert.

Matthew and I, [00:01:00] we do a lot of the talking. Emily does a lot of the actual the actual effort and work and all of this. As you hear us throughout today, this is interactive. We want you all to ask questions. So if you have questions throughout, please put them in the chat. There'll be a portion at the end where we'll answer any questions.

And throughout even if Emily could answer easy ones in the chat, then, she'll be able to do that. But but really wanted to go over our newest website solution. Something we're really proud of and really excited about. Which is our CINC Brand Accelerator. Now, this is a new development for us in CINC's continued trajectory and to investments in AI.

And how those can help you guys, your teams, your brokerages, you individually. We have invested heavily in an AI that will help us write and create for you guys a branded website experience. So that's a lot of, [00:02:00] words and lingo. We're going to go through quickly what we do as an overview.

And then my friend Matt, he's going to go through a demo of a product and then we'll have time for questions. So please, in the meantime, if you have questions, put it in the chat. We're happy to answer them throughout or at the end. But let's go ahead and get this started. And everyone, I'm going to assume everyone can see the slideshow.

If you can't, throw up a flare or something. But, yes, it's our new branded website. In the past we had for a time ago we had a branded website that went alongside of your CINC site. And really it did not perform well. It was a templated website that was not really customizable.

So We quickly made it in an effort to get folks branding but it was not, it was more quick than anything, not well thought out. And so over the last year, really year and a half, we've spent a ton of resources and [00:03:00] time in developing a true branded site, a secondary branded site for you all to use.

Now key here is that we're utilizing our newest AI functionality. That's going to continue as you've heard it, and Emily even mentioned it. You'll hear this a lot with CINC. We talk a lot about hyper local content. Because you guys as real estate agents are hyper local. That's how you work, that's how you function.

And so a lot of what we do is around your own localities. While we're in Atlanta, we know a good bit about the general cities. We don't know about individual neighborhoods as much as we would like. We're learning. And we're growing more, but this is where we really can lean on AI for this.

And this website is is an update and an upgrade that you can purchase from us. It's a secondary website. So you have your CINC site, maybe it's Atlanta's home, atlantahomesforsale. com. This would be a secondary website. That's all about branding. So probably as you're talking [00:04:00] with your account manager or with your support staff, you're Say, hey, there's not a lot of branding about me on my CINC site.

And that's correct, right? That's for a specific purpose. But we've heard, hey, I need something that's about me, about my brand, about my team, right? And that's why we've invested heavily in, in this technology. So it's a secondary website that is able to be totally branded towards yourself. It's not an additional CRM, right?

Clear definitive there. There's not another CRM, not another management system that you need to manage, just another website. And through that, we are going to, like I said, use our AI to write some hyper local content, and I'll get into that a little bit in the future. It's fully integrated, so I mentioned it was a secondary website.

It's got a deep CRM integration. So what that means is even though it's a secondary website, you're going to be generating leads off of [00:05:00] it. You're going to be generating contacts off of that. It's going to be currently integrated into your CINC CRM. So you only have one, one customer relationship management, right?

These folks are going to be identified in a unique way. So that you know that they came from your brand accelerator. So you can work them differently than maybe your paid ads been through CINC or other avenues, maybe Zillow, Realtor, right? However, you're purchasing leads. These folks will flow in at the same rate, just with the unique source as you guys probably already already probably run with.

And through that you can see and work them as you need. It's also fully integrated into your IDX feed. So we get a unique IDX feed for this website. And it's got a full search functionality. It's the search that you've come to know and love with CINC, where it's got all the options that you need.

For some reason, if you see that there isn't one, we can add it, right? We get all of those search functionalities that your MLS offers. We get that on the website. Your leads, your contacts can fully [00:06:00] search without any interruptions. And there's a cool there's a cool integration there that we'll go over in a minute about that IDX connection.

We've got it's customizable, right? Like I said, that's the biggest the biggest. Ask that we have for current sites is, Hey, your CINC sites are great. They perform really well, but they feel like they're on rails. They're templated and that is true, right? They are. We spend a lot of time and resources making sure and ensuring that our websites generate leads and convert leads and trap website traffic into leads at a high rate.

This is different. This is a fully branded experience. And so the customizations are free, right? You're able to do whatever you want to on these websites, right? If you've got somebody who understands website development, they can do quite a bit of customization here. I've got a few examples of some pictures of just a couple different images of some custom websites that people run with, [00:07:00] but That's the big defining factor here is if you want a unique experience, a unique brand experience then this is definitely be something you're interested in.

Once again, this is not a replacement of your CINC site, it's an addition to. You'll still have that highly converting lead engine, but you'll also have this brand website experience. And if you want something that promotes luxury or promotes other things, or you want a certain website feel, you're able to attain that with these websites.

This goes forward, just talks about our branding, right? Get a couple of examples listed here, but it does use its own unique URL, right? So where, like I said, it might be Atlanta house search. com might be your current CINC site. Your brand accelerator website might be nickpaperealtor. com, right?

And so that is something that, you'll utilize, right? We've been asked for it. You don't have to forward that to your CINC site. You can have a custom website for that experience. And you'll be able to put that on your business cards, right? Anywhere. And like I said, when you generate contacts, you generate leads from that [00:08:00] all go back to your CRM.

So we're making a truly an ecosystem where you can have the best of both worlds. It is built for SEO. So this is what I was alluding to. We will utilize the AI that we've so heavily invested in over the last year and utilize that to plug into your MLS. And what we do is by plugging into your MLS, it can look at your market areas as well as any neighborhoods, subdivisions, sub markets.

This has architectural features. And the AI will begin to write individual pages for those areas, for those markets, for those specific features. So without you having to lift a finger you can have a broad website that you've not had to, pay a writer to write about.

You've not had to spend all this time to develop website pages and website pages. Our AI does all of this for you. And through that, that drives up your organic traffic, right? It [00:09:00] drives up that SEO value in search engines such as Google, Bing, and that will drive up your website your website ranking, right?

And that's the main thing here, right? Is not only do you get a branded experience, but there's a lot of SEO value here in these second sites which is different from your CINC site, which has SEM value. Now there is a SEO value in the original CINC, but this is a separate kind of value.

And and with that, I'm talking a lot about what it does, what it could be, but I want to show you guys what it actually looks like. So I'm going to pass it off to to Matthew. He's going to do a quick show you guys around. Take you a tour of one of our example websites.

Please continue. I see everyone's putting questions. Please continue to put questions in the chat for either us to answer or at the end we'll answer. And then we'll go ahead and go through and have any questions that you might have. But I will pass the screen share off to Matthew.

Matt Jones: Nick, thanks for all that great information, my friend.

Now let's start to put it all together. All right. So this is what we have here, ladies and gentlemen, [00:10:00] this is our demo site that we have set up specifically for the brand accelerator. So a couple of things you'll just know right off the bat that we'll be able to do, because I saw some of the comments in The chat is all meant to go come out videos and things of that nature.

So one of the things that you can obviously see here, you have the ability to have zero still background or video background, this beautiful kitchen that we have here, my wife saw this, she was very envious of it, even since we don't have it, but some of the things that you'll notice on the website itself that we will always continue to do, make sure your logos are in the correct spots.

You'll have all these tabs along the top that you have the capability of customizing yourself. So that's one of the things that Nick, I cannot. And reemphasize more is how highly customizable this site is versus some of our HTML sites that we have here at CINC. Because one thing to reiterate is this is an SEO site is not meant for the lead generation that we do for our 50, 000 AdWords, which is why you have so much more customizable customization on it.

And of course, with the tabs along the top, the one big one that [00:11:00] we always point out is the about page, because obviously this is where number one, you're going to tell your story. About you and your team immensely outside is using the front end page because this is where your bios will live and also your testimonials as well.

And then this is where everyone's profiles will be. So if yourself, like for this one, Kelly Williams is the owner that we have for this demo site and members of the team, which is a good point here. So if Michael was on your team. And this is his bio and he shares this link with this site. This will continue to funnel in once again, like Nick mentioned to the CINC CRM.

And so that source code above, which would be your domain name dash Michael Thompson would be the source code. So you'd still know where exactly where it came from. Just like when you have an organic lead with CINC and if you're. Site is viewNorthAtlantaHomeFire. com and if they went straight to the site, that's the source.

We're going to continue to make sure to do that so you can track all this. But this is how they utilize their subdomains. It gets assigned to them. We know where everything is [00:12:00] and it continues to continue to pull everything from the MLS which we'll get into here in a second how these pages are built out with the AI.

But one of the first things I wanted to show y'all was this. I know I get a lot of questions about just profiles on websites. So this is the about page. Obviously you continue to do anything you'd like to it. Just how we have the base set up where you can tell your story about who you are. Your people can build their profiles out and have their testimonials here.

Of course, for our folks, like my guy, Bob Sikoler and my old client, Miss Karina Cisneros, who love the blog and do radio and podcasts. We have all that here. That way you can continue to share all that content that you put your hard earned effort into, that you continue to build that out for yourself. But then the number one thing is a lot of y'all wonder, okay, we have great customization here.

All this is customizable that you're able to do in the back end to help build your SEO. But how does the AI work? So as we scroll down here on the page, we're going to get to the featured [00:13:00] areas. This is where a key Point of all this happens with a neighborhood guides. If anyone's taking time to build out our neighborhood guides on our site, quite a few steps that go into place there from making sure all the information and content is there for you because you provide it for yourself.

Make sure everything's correct and make sure to have the longitude and latitude correct so we can pull it to make sure it's clickable. That's something that gets taken out here with the CINC AI. And I scroll down below just right quick, I want you to take note. This is Miss Kelly. This is her site that we have here on the demo.

We're going to see her face and her bio a lot that you'll notice here in just a minute. But as always, we want to make sure you let y'all know. If y'all want to hear feature listings and all your areas will continue to be there, it's because we always want to make sure those are clickable for folks to find.

Pay attention to Miss Kelly. We're going to see her a lot here in a second. So say these are your featured areas that you have right here. You're right here where me and Nick are based out locating where we live and where we grew up here in the Metro Atlanta area. And these were your areas. Say [00:14:00] my hometown where I live right next door in Marietta is one of your areas.

We would connect us with the MLS and when we have our phone and everything up we click it. And just like that for Marietta, the AI built this out for you. Cause this is what the pages are going to look like. It will always provide you the name of the area. So of course, so you know where it's at, where it's located, and it builds out all this right here from the MLS and local content that they have.

So number one, you no longer have to sit here and build out step by step to put these guys together anymore. Cause they are very time soon, both here at CINC and other website providers. The AI builds that all out for you. And I can tell you right now, cause I don't know if anyone out there is a little bit skeptical AI, like I have been in the past, cause I really was.

I was severely stunned at how dead on they got. They got these areas because luckily enough for me, these areas that we have here, it's my home. And I grew up here. I was astonished how well the AI described not only [00:15:00] Cobb County, Marietta, the areas, the schools and how much it nailed it. So the content it continues to provide for all these pages to build out is astonishingly So that's always one of the good things I love about how they build these pages out the AI does, but then of course it's a branded site.

So that's why we have a picture of miss Kelly here. If you wanted to do it, where it's more of your team or in a bio, we're able to do that as well, but it'll always by default, pull whoever's site this is in a bio runner, because we want to make sure on this site, we push you as much as possible. So when they go to your site, they know who they're working with and who they're going to be connecting with.

And then of course for Marietta, it's going to pull the most recent MLS listings. And that's where these are coming from. This is gonna be anything from five minutes ago to three hours ago. It's going to pull the most recent ones. But the other thing is going to do, like Nick mentioned, the AI is going to continue to build pages.

And here's how this does this. Now, lucky for me, for the example purposes, Marietta is not small. So we were to use [00:16:00] Atlanta or matrices like that. It also works for Marietta. Marietta is one page. However, it's building this exact same page that you're looking at right here, ladies and gentlemen, on all these subdivisions that you see right here.

And with Marietta alone, if you're not familiar with right outside of Cobb, in Cobb County, Metro Atlanta it's a massive area that takes The whole County, we have about 200 subdivisions, at least. So if I click on any one of these, say I click on right here and click on Springs, it's going to do the same thing.

It is already built this out for you. We're just going to talk about the subdivision, the local area in the community around it. And it's going to show you exactly what homes are for sale and continue to show Ms. Kelly here or yourself, or one of the things that I particularly like the most, because as myself, and I know Nick is too, as well, where I'm about to be and Nicky is a parent.

So what's the one thing we care about the most? Schools, and we're always looking for homes in certain school districts. And as long as we can pull it from the MLS, all the elementary middle and high [00:17:00] schools will do the same thing. So where I live over here in the Walton high school district, it tells about continue to tell you about Marriott, what the place is like, what these communities in Walton are like.

It's like high school dish light and pulls all the homes there for you to see. Exactly what you're looking at and what price ranges you're also in. So it will continue to pull all this for everyone in all your subdivisions and all your public school districts. And another thing it has at the very top.

And this is something that I know a lot of folks love to see this information, especially for. Seller presentations is how everything's going on the market right now. Even for buyers, let them know Hey, stuff's sitting on the market here in Marietta for 41 days. And here's now our average price range, which has gone up the last three months ago, it was right at the high fives.

And now we're in the mid sixes now here in Marietta. And it's going to show you everything that's currently active on the market. What is currently pending on the market. I'll tell you how many days we're here and what's sold in the last 30 days, roughly. So having all that [00:18:00] information to continue to educate your buyers, educate yourselves, another huge point of these pages as well, that we're pulling from the MLS and the AI is building for you.

And as we just continue to go back, we'll go back to the home screen. And that's just. That's just Marietta alone. One of the bigger areas. If I hit one of the smaller areas, like Woodstock, which is not too far away from us, Woodstock, it's done the same thing because the thing is we have 12 right here, the most that we recommend is 30.

And of course the other big thing that we always recommend is. Is counties and cities and bigger neighborhoods. Cause zip codes don't work as well, but you can get them because most people don't know zip codes, unless you live in a grid pattern city. And everybody knows PS 1 18 is three Oh, before it. But it's going to continue to build all this out for you with the areas and what it's like.

Continue to pull MLS while always branding yourself on the site for you. So we always know who you are and they know who they need to reach out to. And then, like I said, builds all this out for the same subdivisions for Woodstock and all your [00:19:00] other areas. So one area could provide you a few dozen pages, depending on how big it is.

And for other areas, it could be building hundreds of pages for you to continue to build that SEO.

And at a high level, that's really what we're looking at. Ladies and gentlemen, when it comes to the brand accelerators, CINC AI, building all this out for you and to help build that SEO.

Nich Pape: Perfect. Yeah. Thank you. And I saw a bunch of questions which is good. Let me share my screen one more time. Cause I want to show you guys. So here we have so like I mentioned in order to get this, on your, for yourself. We just, we have to do an additional demo because there's several forms we need, IDX feeds.

I'm going to leave this up. You can scan this QR code. It's going to take you to the ability to schedule some time with Matthew [00:20:00] or myself, 15, 20 minutes to discuss, Hey, this is what we want to do. Here's what we need from you to get this ball rolling. But there are a few questions, so I do want to.

I do want to go over them because some of them were answered some were better off maybe waited for the group because I know not everyone can check the chat so Emily, I will let you answer some of those questions as we go through and and yeah.

Emily Wilson: Okay. All right. The first question we have do the websites enable video. So you saw the video on the banner. You can also. Embed your YouTube videos. And if you have a virtual tour on the MLS it can be on your site too. And the property detail page, I was answering these questions and didn't realize they were not being shared to everyone. So now I'm rereading the answers.

We have about 100 clients that use this site now, and if you want to sign up for it, you can use that QR code there. Sunny made a comment about that Google [00:21:00] figures out which pages are AI generated and does not rank them. If it lets me, I don't know if I can share my screen or Nick, could you pull that visual up real quick?

Nich Pape: So here's an example of a search that would be committed, right? Hyper local Percival villages in. Columbia, South Carolina, this is nothing tailored. We just searched this up by clients and so you'll see. These are the builders of the of the village, or of the subdivision.

Your typical Zillow, Trulia. But then here you'll see on the first page, you've actually got two hits for a CINC Brand Accelerator site. Both of them are these AI pages. And Sonny, that's a great point. This is something that Google does claim. They claim, hey, we know which ones are AI generated, we know all of this stuff.

None of our studies or research have shown that they actually do that, and it's more scare tactics. And and it's more tactics that they try to promote people not to do [00:22:00] this. And yes, totally get that. Here are two examples. This is on the first page of the search. I'm just on page one which we all know how incredibly difficult it is to get on page one of search results that are not paid.

This is, these are organic free search results, and it's going to vary, but this is ideal, and this is what we strive for, is to get you guys on the first page of your localities as people are searching for homes, local school districts. This is the goal that y'all's website would show up.

Let me put that QR code back for y'all.

Emily Wilson: So yes, you can have new construction as a category possibly if it's in your MLS as new construction, yes or no, that wouldn't be a whole content created page, the pages that will ongoingly continue to be created are going to be a multi answer fields. So subdivision isn't a yes or no, it's going [00:23:00] to give us multiple answers.

Other common fields are going to be view, is it an oceanfront, waterfront, lake view middle school, listing all of the middle schools and elementary schools. Even architectural style homes with an ADU. Sometimes the MLS does not list yes or no, so we just have to keep an eye on. That to see how the data translates and let's see the cost.

Nick, are you ready to?

Nich Pape: Yeah. We can talk about cost for sure. The cost starts at 200 a month. So it's pretty affordable for what you get out of it. That includes everything. The AI writing. That includes everything. Now we do offer like a few packages with it that can vary the price, but it's gonna be around 200 a month that will be different based on based on like your other CINC offerings that you have.

So that's why it's super important to to book that call so we can give you just your [00:24:00] individual pricing. Now I know let's see. There was one question I wanted to get addressed. I'm trying to find it. Is there ongoing content creation? That is a great question. The AI will write out when we prompt it to basically when the areas are added.

Now, as your areas and your markets might change, right? You might no longer work in a market if it's too far or, and you might enter a new market, right? Let's say if there's a new subdivision created by a builder, right? You might enter that market. And you have the ability to switch out those markets that the AI has written about, but it will just do an initial write out.

Now, for those pages, these pages are written out for you on a website editor platform that you would be able to go and adapt. If you want to, hey I need to update this, or I want to change it, you'd have the ability to go through and update that, and make sure that, those blurbs or those blogs are saying whatever you need it to say, or you feel like it should be saying.

While the AI does not do continuous improvement on the website, [00:25:00] What it does do is an initial write up, and then you can go through and update it. Now, it is good to have a stable content on a website, because that is what Google looks for, right? As it crawls a website, it wants to know what the website and the pages are saying.

And so if that content is constantly changing on the same URL, it will no longer, it'll have to continually re crawl that page, and it won't get good rankings, basically. It'll be less likely to rank because of that continuous crawl. So we don't really want it to constantly be changing and updating because of that.

Emily Wilson: Yeah. Roy asks if you can send it out.

Nich Pape: Yep, yeah, so you can send these out for sure. It'd be like sending any other URL, right? So if you like the page it writes about, I think you're in Horseshoe Bend, right? So if you like the page it writes about Horseshoe Bend, you can copy the URL and say, hey, I'm going to send this out to my database. I want to text it. I want to email it. You're able to do that. Yep. We've been with you for [00:26:00] well over 10 years and we have more than 20, 000 in our base right now and farming the database is an ongoing challenge.

Client: And I see this as an opportunity to reengage and re excite people that would, that may or may not have been out looking specifically for it, but we can get 'em get something that would pull them back in and get 'em thinking about it again.

There, there's a lot of things in here that looks like that might help them get re-energized with regard to doing search in our area.

Nich Pape: Yeah, definitely. Especially new content, right? New content engages folks, and with AI writing it all. And I want to go back to what Matthew, as he was going through the demo, you notice, I think it was Olivia Springs or Oliver Springs, don't know what it's called, there was one property, right?

One property in that whole neighborhood, and the AI had a whole page dedicated to that. You as an agent you're That would take you a lot of time, and a lot of effort, or be very costly in order to have a website that expansive. [00:27:00] And so the AI doing that for you on its own, that's a huge value right there.

And then you will once again begin to have SEO value from those pages. And so that's a big thing for me also, is a lot of these, especially now with inventory as tight as it is, you'll still get those pages written out for those areas, even with low inventory.
