Alvaro Erize assumed the CEO role in January 2020 after joining CINC in January 2016 as Chief Operating Officer and most recently co-CEO until December 2019. He is responsible for sales, client services, product development, technology, and operations, as well as the company's long-term growth.
A serial entrepreneur, Alvaro started his first business at 17 and has more than 20 years of experience running and advising high-growth companies. Prior to joining CINC, Alvaro was Vice President of Operations at Serent Capital, and before that, he led strategy consulting teams for Bain and Co.
Alvaro has an Engineering degree from UCA, has completed the CFA curriculum, and holds an MBA from Stanford graduate school of business.
