When a lead texts a photo to an agent's CINC number, it appears automatically within the conversation, no setup required. Common image formats and PDFs are supported, up to 5 MB per message.

Because these images come directly from leads via text, they haven't been reviewed or filtered before they appear in CINC. Agents should use their own judgment, and if an image ever raises concern, CINC Support is available to help right away.
