Are you tired of juggling duplicate real estate leads in your CRM and struggling to keep track of all of your real estate deals? CINC Deals is now available to revolutionize how you manage your deals amongst all the other leads in your real estate CRM. With its powerful capabilities and user-friendly interface, CINC Deals is set to become your go-to tool for streamlining your deal management process and closing more deals with ease.
In a recent webinar, VP of Product Jeff Walker gives a Deals overview and a tutorial for creating a new deal in your platform. Watch the full video above.
At a high level, Deals enables real estate teams and agents to track, manage, and visualize their opportunities separate from their leads, eliminating the frustration of manually tracking. Now users will be able to:
With CINC Deals, there are no more workarounds necessary. In the past, opportunity management has been challenging, and clients have had to get creative. Some have reset their lead pipelines when they had a new deal for a past client. Some used custom labels to track past closed deals. Some wrote kept detailed notes about their opportunities and transactions. We’ve even had some clients have duplicate leads for every deal, maybe one for their buyer-side transaction and another for the seller-side transaction. All that is eliminated with Deals. CINC Deals is particularly useful when you have multiple deals (past and new) or even multiple current deals.
Leads are the individuals in your CINC CRM database. Deals are created when the lead is ready to transact with you. To help you organize your transactions, there are two types of Deals: Purchases (Clients ready to buy a home) and Listings (clients ready to sell a home). CINC Deals helps you organize the actions needed to close the opportunity and provides increased visibility to your transaction pipelines! Adding a deal from your leads dashboard is simple.
Once created, all your Deals can be easily viewed from the Deal Dashboard, which shows Pipeline view. You get a snapshot of your deals summarized by stage, with totals for the number of deals, dollar value, and GCI in each stage. You can also toggle to the Listing view to see opportunities associated with your sellers. In deal details, you can view and edit and manage deal communication and to-do reminders.
With the release of CINC Deals, you can send a deal to Skyslope if you have the widget installed to begin the transaction.
There’s also a light integration with the CINC Agent App. There’s a new tab inside the Lead Details for Deals. If there are active deals, you can view and change deal stages conveniently directly from the app, though we anticipate most deals management will be handled on the web.
There’s more to look forward to with the launch of CINC Deals. These new features are coming in Q2 and beyond.
CINC Deals is set to be a game-changer for agents and teams to manage their real estate deals. Visualizing and zeroing in on your active pipeline potential and things you don’t want to slip through the crack is a great opportunity, especially for team leaders. Say goodbye to the hassle of multiple platforms and manual tracking, and say hello to streamlined and efficient deals management.
