Born in 2011, CINC set out to do what other real estate platforms could not- be a fully integrated system from which top agents could not only capture and manage leads, but run their entire business. By filling in the gaps left by stand alone platforms, CINC is revolutionizing the lead generation process, delivering more seamlessly executed conversions at a higher rate. Through tireless innovation, CINC has helped partners achieve 20-30% increases in lead conversion and has decreased the cost-per-lead 24% year-over-year.
In only a few short years, CINC became the fastest growing real estate technology platform in the industry, and attracted the interest of Fidelity National Financial. In September 2016, CINC was purchased by Fidelity National Financial- a huge milestone and leveraging opportunity for CINC to further develop their technology to better serve their partners. Looking ahead, there’s no end in sight as the company continues to pave the future of the real estate industry.

Giving back to the communities we serve is part of our DNA. Since the beginning of CINC, it has always been in our hearts to give back.
