Chris Creekmore is saving money and generating more leads in his preferred areas with CINC
Ready to take your real estate business to the next level?

Chris Creekmore owns Creekmore Realty Group in Brunswick County, NC.  With years of experience in the residential real estate market, Chris has established himself as a credible and knowledgeable agent. Despite his initial satisfaction with exp's CRM platform, kvCore, Chris took a demo with CINC. After giving both platforms a chance, he found a more effective, comprehensive solution for lead generation and management with 1:1 support in CINC. Adding CINC to his tool belt allowed him to replace other less effective methods of lead generation, saving him thousands of dollars every month.

Chris sat down with us to share his success and highlight key insights that can benefit other real estate agents and team leaders looking to achieve similar success.

    Chris's Key Points:

    • Impressive ROI: Chris's GCI is nine times his spend with CINC, showcasing a significant return on investment.
    • Cost Savings: By switching to CINC, Chris saves $2,000+ monthly on ad spend.
    • High-Quality Leads: CINC provides targeted leads according to Chris's areas of interest, including out-of-state buyers looking for active adult communities.
    • Enhanced Automation: CINC's user-friendly automation tools streamline follow-ups and client engagement.

Chris Creekmore: [00:00:00] My GCI is nine times of what my spend is with CINC. Just has been a good business move, just for that, get more leads, spend less money. Who wouldn't do that?

    [Intro]

My name is Chris Creekmore.I own my own business, Creekmore Realty Group, and I have that powered by exp, which exp has a CRM platform called kvCore. When I signed on with exp, I was very happy with kvCore. I thought this is a pretty good program, is better than what I had been using.

Somewhere a year and a half into it with maybe closer to two years into it with my own business Brick Realty Group. Somebody had called me and said, would you be interested in a webinar? [00:01:00] I said,I don't know what CINC is. And he said we are a lead generation platform. And I said, okay, alright I'll listen to it.

Then as I, I started listening to it a lot of things made sense in terms of how the lead generation with Google was operating. And I. So then I, now I'm putting two and two together that, wait, there's a CRM that comes along with this and whoever was doing the webinar or the demo call, I said, Hey, stop right here.

I am not changing my CRM. I'm really happy with my CRM. Okay. Alright. We'll just, you don't have to use it, so we'll just do the lead gen for you. And, I said, oh, alright. And I'll of course the leads are going to get funneled [00:02:00] into CINC and they're getting. Funnel did to kvCore.

So I said, alright I'll play with both of 'em and see which one I like better. But guess. Now I still have kvCore and I use KV core for some function. Does kvCore have something like, um, our automation that is with Say Yes. Is the CINC automation easier to use? Yes. Did kvCore give me a website?

Yes, but I really had to build it, on my own with their template, whereas. The website that was built through CINC was much better. What kvCore does not do is the Google ads, they don't bring the ads into, or [00:03:00] bring the leads into my kvCore website. They, if they offer it, I'm not aware of it.

So everything that I was doing on lead gen. Up until the point that I was with kvCore was realtor.com, realty.com actually, and some other stuff that didn't bring me the leads that I want. I specialize in an active adult client. I'm, I don't deal with first time home buyers, so when I was onboarding with CINC in building the website.

They asked me, who's my client, anyhow maybe six months into it with CINC. I said, I like the leads, the quality leads. They're good. But I seem to be getting far more leads down in one particular area where the better money really is up in this other area, [00:04:00] which is. Leland Southport.

So I talked with Todd, my account manager, and said can we tweak, and try and get some more leads in the Southport Leland area and low ball. I didn't have a direct person really to help me with my website was kvCore. I didn't have somebody that I could say, Hey, look, let's tweak it a little bit.

Let's try and get some more leads in. The in the Leland and Southport area, my leads come from out of state. My leads are not making a lateral move. They're coming from New Jersey, coming to the coast of North Carolina. So I can meet people who are, how ever your people in the background figure this stuff out.

I need people that are out of state. And we established that right from the get-go when I was setting things up that I was not looking for in-state buyers. I was looking [00:05:00] for out-of-state buyers when I was with. realty.com. Everything was, in-state, looking for a starter home or a mobile home or, stuff that I don't want to fully, I was paying just on a business standpoint. I was paying $3,000 a month for realty. I was paying $800 a month with realtor, and I don't know what I was paying for Adfully. Now my ad spend is I pay Google on my own through my Google account. And then 650 is on my ad spend with CINC.

And so I'm saving 2000, $3,000 a month just in flat spend. So let's correlate that into some real money. So since I've [00:06:00] been I guess last year, so I had 15 attributed sales that came through my NC Coastal Living website, which was created by city. So that's 15 sales. If you add the gross commission for those 15 sales, that's almost 200,000.

So it's 177 was my GCI for. For that. So if I spent somewhere around with ad spend, if I spent somewhere around 20 K with CINC my GCI is 9x of what my spend is with CINC. So, it just has been a good business move, just for that, get more leads, spend less money. Who wouldn't do that?

If you don't invest in your business, you will not stay in business. If it invests wisely, um, just [00:07:00] here maybe, trying to generate leads for my agents and going through real tour and realty and all that other kind of stuff with Google is how people are searching.

You need a, everybody needs a CRM. If you think, taking, keeping notes and you're going to keep up with your clients, by my making notes that's silly. But everybody will say, your CRM is as good as you use it, or, so I'll be the first to admit that there's a lot in CINC that I haven't touched yet, but when I have.

A question about let's say the automation call CINC and I've got somebody that's actually talking to me, not if I have a technical question on my lead routing, if somebody that's actually talking to me rather than. With KV core, you gotta go to, they send here all these tutorials.

Okay. [00:08:00] Tutorials are good. I get it. Sufficient. Please read the tutorial. You can figure it out on your own. What CINC has with CINC University. And the conversion day, these are things that, that my team is utilizing. And as I bring on more agents, um, these are great training sessions.

Ultimately, I firmly believe that buyers realize. You know what? I need help. Sellers definitely know that they need help. Something that safe offers that I did not have with kvCore, or I didn't know it existed, but I think it's pretty cool is, so I have a listing and wherever and then through the CINC I can figure out. Of the 6,000 people I have in my database, how many people are looking for that [00:09:00] kind of prop? So the reverse prospecting tool with say really rather brilliant.

Anybody that's wants to be in this business, you, you need a platform to operate on. Mine is exp. You can be Century 21, re max Keller Williams, whatever.

You need a platform. To think that you can go alone and navigate through these crazy things that NAR may have or whatever. That's silly. You gotta have a really good CRM and you gotta have a really good lead generation program or system. Mine. My lead generation for the most part is CINC and YouTube.

And you've gotta have a really good follow up program. Be it just scheduling calls and following up, or have an automated system that helps you with the, the people who are [00:10:00] less likely to do something. Now you gotta just stay in touch with it. CINC obviously has a automated system to help me and my agents keep up with. The leads that may take the gestation period is long.

The biggest mistake that an agent can make is not talking to both parties of the transaction. One person's the researcher. That person is getting online and clicking, and that person says, Hey, we're going to be down in North Carolina in February.

Great. Okay. And then the inexperienced agent says, great, I'll see you when you get here. That's not what we do. So we set a Mr. Such and such are you and Mrs. Such and such available for a quick Zoom call so I can see you. You can see me. We get to know each other a little bit. So that when you are going to be here [00:11:00] in February, we can make best use of our time together.

Does that make sense? And so I do a lot of those. CINC helps me, keep track of the appointments that I've set. So what kind of appointments do you have? You have live in person and then you have your virtual like this, so there's still appointments. This is still a very meaningful conversation that I'm having with that couple.

And I also do a lot of webinars. So I, I schedule webinars at least once a month, if not more than that, where people can come on and I do a screen share. And talk about the lifestyle and answer questions. So here's one thing that I did about, I guess about four months ago I started doing this.

So the CINC website is a template. So I built a website, [00:12:00] retire2nc.com. So you could say. My CINC website is the backend of Retire2nc. Although my leads for now, for the most part, are coming in directly through my NCCoastalLivinghomes.com website. But now what I've done is I, my website retired2nc.com I have buyer tools, I have seller tools, I have talking about joining exp. Um, how I market my properties. I've got all these things that they could download on my website. So this appointment that I just went to this morning, this listing appointment, they went on to pulses. And got a, a quick assessment of their house.

Okay. So then they went into the CINC database and then in [00:13:00] between when they first went into HomePulse and contacted us. I had then also sent them to my Retire2NC website. So when you go onto my Retire2NC website and it talks about seller tools, one of 'em is about getting a quick evaluation.

It I think I call it the equity analyzer, which links back to Pulse. Okay. And so if I have a community like Brunswick Forest, which is, I specialize in active adult communities, so all my communities are on my website. Where are they going to actually find the houses that are for sale? Going back to my CINC website, so they're interconnected, but my personal, I created website uses the data and everything that is created by the CINC website.

    It's [00:14:00] brilliant.
