    Alexis Scott: [00:00:00] We try to, we tried a lot. We tried BoldLeads. We've tried realtor, we've tried Zillow. We've tried Real Geeks. We've tried Brivity. We almost did KV Core. We've done Market Leader. You name it we've done it.

    My name is Alexis Scott. I'm based out of Tampa, Florida. I am the broker and owner for Key Premier Realty. We basically service all of Florida and there is a total of five agents on our team currently. So I actually started off with Real Geeks and Real Geeks did really good for us initially. But at the time my assistant, also my tc, we were going through a transition where we were opening up our team and we know we needed a CRM that was gonna be able to help us like, manage our clients and just the overall operations.

    So she actually found I've heard of CINC before, but then to come to [00:01:00] find out they're a sister company of. Real Geeks was just like, okay, this is great. It's even a better platform. We liked Real Geeks, we just didn't like the overall software of it. And we actually just we just loved the overall flow.

    We loved the AI, we loved everything. And we took it for a spin for the in 2022. And we just we've loved it since then.

    I love that I have an account manager. Having an account manager has somebody I can directly call on if I need help and they normally answer my questions within 24 hours.

    Like any lead generation, there is trial and error and there is a lot of nurturing you have to do with any lead internet leads. But I think the biggest thing between all the other ones and this one it's the customizable platform that they have. CINC does have things you can't do, but they're also always are adding to the platform. So between the leads that I've had in the past and these leads, the biggest difference is right now that CINC offers is the [00:02:00] verified leads. That helps us a lot and it actually helps a lot of our agent's morale. Oh my God, this is the right email and this is the right phone number.

    They verified them and then when we're getting on it, the phone, if someone honestly says that, that's not their right phone number, like it's nine times outta the truth, nine times outta 10 not accurate, like we know. Because you verified it, but we don't have those. We don't. It's very rare. It's like a one, one to 2% chance that we're gonna get someone that says, oh, you got the wrong number on a verified lead. They're normally, oh, we're just looking. Or they wanna have a conversation with you. So it allows our agents to feel more confident when coming in with these conversations. I think when you're working with new agents and you're working with agents that are super busy, CINC allows us, allows your job to be a lot more free, like hands off and they be able to take care of it. And then when you have these leads come in, it's okay, I know that this lead is, [00:03:00] a legit lead because they're now verified. So it makes our tasks a lot easier.

    The best feature, I think, on CINC is weeding out who I need to respond to, whether it be certain customers if I have a listing. And I wanna weed out like certain people that have looked in this area at a certain price point that I've contacted, like it, it really helps me weed out a lot of that, the guesswork for it, and it helps me promote my listings as well. The other thing I do love about the platform itself is. It gives us alert when someone hasn't looked, when someone's looked at a property alert after a hundred days or 300 days.

    Then we're on the phones Hey, just see if you're on the market. So I love the little tools like that they have to offer because it helps us stay on top of everything.

    Our highest transaction that we've closed. It was $725,000. That was actually from one of my agents on the team.

    He converted it. He had worked [00:04:00] them. They said they weren't trying to buy him for another year, and then he sent them a really nice house. It actually popped up. He didn't send it, so it popped up on CINC on the auto search. And they were like, oh, we really love this house. And he was, he was like, what house is it?

    So he played it off and looked into it and then they were like we wanna look at it now. And, he showed 'em, they fell in love with it within and this league came within like a week, and they were supposed to purchase a year out. So he actually had them in the contract within a week instead of a year.

    I will say, you have to nurture, you have to follow up. This is not a, it's not a quick fix. It's something you have to really be dedicated in. And this goes with any lead, any lead generation, including CINC. You have to create a system that works for you. Because I've been with CINC on and off for so long, we've generated so many leads with CINC and thanks to the help of others and reminding that we actually is.

    Started partner up with lenders, which I forgot about that as well. So now having that [00:05:00] support with lenders that want to come on board and help with the ad spend because they know our work ethic. I would definitely recommend that to any agent that is looking. It's if you can't financially do it, then try to partner with a lender or for the co spend because CINC is definitely a very good platform for that.
