    I am Dale Palmer from Waco, Texas. We have a region, from Dallas Fort Worth to

    San Antonio, that I oversee for Magnolia Realty. I've been in the real estate business for six years.

    Speaker 2

    That's fantastic. So if you've been in the business for six years, have you attended a similar mastermind with other platforms?

    Speaker 1

    No.

    Speaker 2

    No. Okay. So do you feel like you'd be returning to a mastermind?

    Speaker 1

    Yeah, this is my third. It's been very helpful. We have been very engaged with people we've met in the past. We've had zoom calls, phone calls. Let's talk more about what you talked about at mastermind. We went and found those folks who were in that room are very willing to invest time in you.  If you show interest in what they've talked about. And so it's been great.

    Hi. I'm Sherry Dwelle. I work in the beautiful Charleston, South Carolina area, and I have only been with CINC less than a month.

    So this obviously is your first mastermind with us. And it always blows me away to to hear the conversations that I've had at these events. It's not about training. It's about sharing information. Right. So is there anything that has stuck out to you that has been discussed over the past day and a bit?

    Speaker 3

    People, agents that are here, some newer to the business, some that own their own brokerages, you know, just a plethora of different, diversity, I guess, within the room. And so you're getting a lot of different aspects, how people work with the system and work with their teams and work with their clients are absolutely just as diverse.

    So you're picking up little gold nuggets along the way of, oh, wow, I didn't know I could do that. Oh yeah, I do that. But let me tweak this. So everything that someone says just can help me do my job better. Which is going to help my clients. And so to me, that's key.

    Hi, my name is Terry Peterson. I work from Charleston, South Carolina. We have been using CINC, I believe, since 2018 now.

    This is, I want to say, the third mastermind I've been at that you've been at.  What has been really great has been seeing the benefits of the things that had bene discussed last year. So what, what can you tell me about your experience having been to so many masterminds? What makes you keep on coming back?

    Speaker 4

    So, yes, I've been to, with CINC, I've been to three masterminds, two summits, and I believe four CINC Us, maybe five? Four CINC Us for the time that we've been at it. Every single time, even though I am hearing a lot of the same content, but it is so much content that I can't take it all home no matter what.

    I've already filled up seven pages here, written top to bottom, and I know I probably won't get 10% of it implemented, but keep coming back and see some of the wins that worked. Maybe some don't work because we all run different businesses, but still just running into, you know, like-minded people in a like-minded circle. Different markets treat each other differently.

    Different markets have clients that come from a different angle. But still to allow us to bounce ideas off of each other and just see what could work for me, share ideas that have worked for me with others and for me this is  good business community.

    Has anything stuck out from this session that has been an aha moment for you that you're going to be implementing?

    Speaker 1

    I think I took a lot more notes and I don't have in front of me. That's why I take notes.

    Yep, yep.

    My mind doesn't recall those things, but there are quite a few things that came up over the course of the two days that I was like, okay, I think I can take that and implement that somehow in our ecosystem, make it work. I think just revisiting some of the thoughts about how we use ponds. Yeah. And when we take those leads out of ponds and give them to an agent, do we do it when they made contact? Do we do it when they've set an appointment? Do we do it when they have a buyers representation agreement? I think those are things that we'll talk more about. And then there were some things that stuck with me that I really need to go and look into more.

    If I had to narrow it down, it's kind of hard to narrow down to any one single best idea that came from it. but again, it's not it's not a CINC mastermind. It's a business, you know, broker, team lead, just how to operate and do good business. you know, so it's. No, it's not it's not a feature. It's not a learn about, you know, some page within CINCI don't know about or button I didn't know was there. There are some features that maybe I'd forgotten about that were inside of CINC, but is largely just being around a circle of people that we all have an interest in growing our business, and growing profitability, and looking at different angles of how to get there and try to do it efficiently.

    And, you know, one idea bounces off of somebody else's, a similar idea bounces off of somebody else's idea. And, you know, you can write out a whole business plan off of just one, one quick to chat with in a mastermind.

    Is that something that if you've seen anything, a community like that with any other platform?

    Speaker 3

    No. So real estate by nature is incredibly competitive, especially in the area that we live in. Charleston has an incredibly competitive market.

    The community here is like, how can we help each other? Oh, yeah. You got a question? Call me. I'll help you. Oh, we need to train on this. Oh, can we add this to our system?

    And the fact that we've got so many, people who work for CINC here at the mastermind looking for how it can be improved in every little detail as quickly as possible so that it helps us do our jobs better so that we can help our clients more.
