Q&A with Kaitlin Zimmer
Q: What success have you seen with CINC so far?
In 2025, I closed 25 homes, and 14 of those came from CINC. Eleven were deals I initially connected with through consistent follow-up and relationship-building. The other 3 started with an ISA on my previous team and were handed off to me. In 2024, 10 of my deals originated from CINC. In 2026, I'm excited to keep building on that. Success isn’t just about calling and asking, “Are you ready yet?” It’s about educating clients and building trust. That’s what CINC allows me to do.
Q: What’s your most memorable CINC deal?
One client told me at first, “Don’t call me.” I get it—I was a stranger tracking her every move online. But I stayed consistent with emails and calls, sharing market updates and value. Eventually, that lead turned into two transactions—a purchase and a sale. For me, that was a home run. And now she's a client for life.
Q: What made you confident the investment was worth it?
In Canada, everything is so expensive. And yes, while CINC is an investment, it’s an investment in yourself. If you’re not willing to invest in yourself, why bother? Not only that, but one deal can cover half a year of the cost. I average 20+ homes a year, so the ROI is clear. Honestly, "you have to implement and you have to stay consistent with yourself because again, you can't blame anybody else for your success but yourself when you're self-employed. "
Q: What are your favorite CINC features?
I love AutoTracks because it’s “set it and forget it.” It sends valuable content automatically, so I’m always nurturing leads. And Alex, CINC's AI assistant feels like a real team member. Plus, daily property alerts keep clients engaged. It's amazing how integrated the system is because I can see what clients are looking at and tailor my follow-up based on their actions.
Q: Why continue investing in online lead generation?
Life is instant now. People expect everything online, and real estate is no different. If you want a big market share, you have to embrace technology. I still do open houses, but online leads are the future. You can either get with the years or fall behind.
Q: Do you see CINC as part of your future team strategy?
Absolutely. I plan to grow a team eventually, and CINC will be a big part of that. There’s so much business in the system that I’ll need help managing it all. My advice? Track everything—calls, conversations, even the “nos.” The next no could be a yes.
Q: How can people reach you?
I work across Kitchener, Waterloo, Oxford County, and beyond. Connect with me on Instagram at @kaitlinzimmerrealestate, or call, text, or email me. I love face-to-face interaction, but a phone call is the best way to truly connect.
