Chris Gurnee: My name is Chris Gurney (Branch Manager/Team Leader of Chris Gurnee Team eXP ) and I've been in real estate for 19 years. What makes the Seattle market unique is that it's a melting pot. You have tons of different types of clients, tons of different types of properties that, uh, you get to deal with and sell, uh, for your clients. In 04 when I started, I think I sold 12 houses.
I ended up working at a company called Allpro and, um, partnered up with a couple other people and bought the company. As time progressed, we grew it to about 65 agents and I wanted to have a lead system and a process to follow. So if the market trend ever did change like what I went through, the people that were working with me wouldn't have to go through that.
I was working with a third-party company that was okay, but it, it didn't have all the bells and whistles and it couldn't excel with the way [00:01:00] we were moving. And we got caught up with CINC. I was looking for a solid CRM that's an all in one. It's got an auto dialer built in, it's got parsing built in so you can shoot leads in there, where then they automatically call you and try and connect you with the client.
Um, AI built in connects to your calendar. Tracks your sales, uh, tracks your, uh, success. Like how quick you are to make call to a client. How many calls have you made? How many appointments have you gotten out of it? It's a one stop shop company. If that's what you're looking for, which I think most people are, that's where you want to be.
So the GCI that I attributed to them, I'd have to say I would attribute everything to them because without the CRM, you have nothing. You'd be running an Excel spreadsheet and that's madness. You know, we, we on average, we'll do 75 million to 120 million, depending upon what the market is and like what our size of our team is.[00:02:00]
And we're 85 percent lead gen. So our businesses leads as a team leader, it removes a lot of the stresses and a lot of the unknowns. I can click a button and I can see how many appointments we have right now. I can see how many calls have been made. I can see where our successes are and our failures, right?
So it's, it's instant gratification for me. I can click a button and I can see where we're at. If you're looking at growing a team or you're wanting to do more volume as a single agent, you got to have an amazing CRM. CINC is the one for you. Um, it's got amazing classes. It's got amazing coaching and it's got, you know, Employees that really care about you.
And I think that's a big difference. Is working with somebody that cares about your success as much as you do for yourself and for your team. I think 100%, hands down, doesn't matter if you're closing CINC leads all the time. Whatever you [00:03:00] put in there, you're going to close it. If you have a good process, you do what CINC says, you take their trainings, you're going to win.
